1. Scope
This policy describes information handled through the IELTS27 public website and learning application. The public website does not directly collect account or learning data; those functions occur in the learning app.
2. Information and learner models
Depending on the features you use, information may include account details, goals, identity and context you choose to share, interests and preferences, learning activity, submitted work, feedback, test responses, behavioral signals, progress evidence, device information, and support communications. IELTS27 may derive probabilistic models such as domain familiarity, recent attention, capability, vocabulary, or current learning state from this evidence.
3. Why we use information
We use information to operate the service, personalize learning context, recommend activities, adapt an experience, provide feedback, maintain assessment quality and security, support learners, and evaluate product quality. We do not use learning models for unrelated high-impact decisions.
4. State, confidence, and retention
Short-term states such as confusion, fatigue, or boredom are treated as uncertain session-level signals, not permanent traits. Model confidence and evidence freshness should influence how information is used. Retention periods will reflect product need, account status, safety, and legal requirements.
5. Your choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction and may update explicit preferences. Final contact details and jurisdiction-specific notices must be completed before commercial launch.
